I just wanted to tell you again how much we appreciate everything you and the staff did to accommodate us and make our day special and memorable. The entire experience far exceeded any expectations we had and we are truly grateful for all the effort you made in making this day our own. 

We never felt awkward or uncomfortable, which was a different experience for us coming from an area where our relationship is not always met with positive reactions. But every single encounter we had was warm and inviting and that meant more to us than we could ever possibly express. Please forward our gratitude to your staff! We have already discussed coming back soon, and will definitely recommend your resort to all our friends and family!

Really? Really!!! Our wedding weekend was the most fabulous time of our lives, I cannot express how much fun we had! Everything from the accommodations, food, ambiance and staff was over the top! Every single person in attendance for the weekend had nothing but fantastic things to say about the resort; how beautiful it is, how wonderful you are and how accommodating the environment was. The rehearsal dinner was more than what we imagined it would be!  

The dining room was so nicely set up and the fire pit on the porch in the evening was a really nice touch. Our wedding day was everything we imagined it would be and so much more. And your staff. Your staff was just awesome! All of our guests had nothing but nice things to say about them and they worked really hard to make sure that everyone was comfortable. Every single thing and I mean every thing was perfect. You brought our imagination to life and you were able to accommodate everything we asked for. If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't change a thing - we'd just do it over again! 

I am reaching out because on my most recent stay at the Emerson, I received outstanding customer service that warranted commending.  Kaite Brady answered all of my questions quickly, efficiently, and warmly. She was an outstanding help and so very sweet. She really boosted my visit with my husband to the next level with her excellent service.  Thank you again for providing great customer service. We will definitely be back at the Emerson soon!
