The Country Store
Step inside the shopper’s haven known as the Country Store! Housed in a 19th century dairy barn, lovingly preserved hand-hewn posts and beams lead you through a myriad of shops containing home décor, original artwork by regional artisans, books on Catskill Mountain lore, men’s and women’s clothing, kitchenware, antiques, preserves, sauces, unique gifts and more. Our sales associates are happy to provide you with personal attention in a relaxed atmosphere. Whether you’re shopping for the perfect gift, need a tasty dip mix or party snack, or want to check out the latest fashions, the Country Store has something for everyone! Why bother driving any further than your own backyard?
The Country Store is open daily 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Outfitter will help introduce you to the Catskill Mountains. Children’s fishing gear & fishing accessories are available. The Emerson Outfitter is located just 50 yards from the Esopus Creek, a World Famous trout stream. Trail books, maps and entertaining books about the history and culture of the Catskill Mountains are available in our Country Store. This incredible collection of Catskill knowledge will serve as a wonderful guide whether you’re fishing, hiking, biking, kayaking or house hunting. These tools are sure to make you a true mountain man, women or family.

The Men’s Shop
