The Inn suites are adults only – all Inn suite guests must be 16 years of age or older.

All accounts are payable in full upon check-out by cash, credit card or travelers checks.  Seasonal packages including spa vouchers are also available. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.  We will do our best to accommodate early arrival requests however please be aware this cannot be guaranteed.

Non-Smoking Policy

All guest rooms are designated as non-smoking and a $150 deep cleaning fee will be added to the applicable room account should a room entertain any form of smoking.

Reservation Confirmation Policy

A deposit of 50% is required to guarantee reservations and is applied to second half of stay, even in the event of early departure for any reason.

Cancellation Policy

Your reservation is guaranteed by a 50 percent deposit taken on your credit card and is applied to the second half of your stay. No rate adjustment for late arrival or early departure. Your deposit will be refunded in full provided cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than 30 days but more than three days prior to arrival will result in a $30.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within three days of arrival will result in the forfeit of the entire deposit.

Late Check-Out Policy

Check-out is 11:00 a.m.  Based upon our occupancy and availability, we may be able to extend your check-out time to 1:00 p.m. at no charge.  Should you stay after 1:00 p.m. a charge of $50 plus tax will be applied to your credit card on file.  Guests who have not vacated their room by 5:00 p.m. will be charged the full room rate.
