All rates are per room per night double occupancy exclusive of taxes, gratuities, or service charges and rates are subject to change without notice. Two-night minimum stay on weekends and other minimum stay requirements or surcharges may apply at other times including holidays and peak periods.

Non-Smoking Policy
The Inn guest rooms are designated as non-smoking and a $150 deep-cleaning fee will be added to the applicable room account should a room entertain any form of smoking.

Reservation Confirmation Policy
A deposit of 50 percent is required to guarantee reservations and is applied to the second half of stay, even in the event of early departure for any reason.

Cancellation Policy
Your reservation is guaranteed by a 50 percent deposit taken on your credit card and is applied to the second half of your stay. No rate adjustment for late arrival or early departure.
Your deposit will be refunded in full provided cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than 30 days but more than three days prior to arrival will result in a 10 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made within three days of arrival will result in the forfeit of the entire deposit.
