The Lodge
Concealed among tall pines and shading maples, the Lodge's log-built exterior blends naturally with its Hudson Valley
surroundings, creating a charming environment for rest and rejuvenation. With twenty-seven rooms, including many multi-room
suites, the Lodge can accommodate families and mid-sized groups while also providing the privacy couples and singles prefer.

Two-night minimum stay on weekends and other minimum stay requirements or surcharges may apply at other times including holidays, peak periods, and weekends or fall foliage season. The Lodge guest rooms are designated as non-smoking and a $150 deep cleaning fee will be added to the applicable room account should a room entertain any form of smoking.

A deposit of 50% is required to guarantee reservations and is applied to second half of stay, even in the event of early departure for any reason.

Your reservation is guaranteed by a 50% deposit taken on your credit card and is applied to the second half of your stay. No rate adjustment for late arrival or early departure.
Your deposit will be refunded in full provided cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than 30 days but more than three days prior to arrival will result in a 10 percent cancellation fee.

Pet Policy
We welcome quiet, well-behaved pets. To guarantee a pet-friendly room, our Hotel Staff must be notified of pets at time of arrival. While your pet is in the guest room, we expect you to supervise it at all times. We encourage you to notify the Front Desk when you plan to be out of your room with your pet so that your room can be cleaned. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. Whenever a pet is out of the room and on Emerson property, they must be on a leash and under control.
There is a $25 per pet, per night fee added to your final bill.
