    • All packages are five hours in duration and include the following:

      • 60″ Round Tables and Event Chairs
      • Full Compliment of Dinnerware
      • 1 Hour Open Bar (Cocktail Hour) and Champagne Toast
      • Waiter Passed & Stationed Hors d’oeuvres Service
      • Menu Selections from the Package of your Choice

    NOTE: Due to a Town Ordinance outdoor events must end by 11 p.m

                   There is a 75 guest minimum for Saturday events.

    The Emerson has a full time event coordinator who will assist you in designing your event, developing your menu, and referencing florists, musicians, photographers and other special services.

    Deposit & Cancellation Policies

    • A $1,000 deposit is required to secure reservation and date.
    • Payment of balance is due 2 weeks prior to the date according to firm/final guest count of the event.
    • Cancellations made less than 45 days before the event are subject to full payment.
    • Cancellations made less than 180 days in advance of reserved date will result in forfeit of deposit.
    • The number of guests attending and guaranteed must be received no later than two weeks prior to the event.
    • Menu selections must be confirmed one month prior to the event; should the menu include multiple choices of entrees, a firm number of each entrée must be specified no later than two weeks prior to the event.
    • We require a credit card number on file for any additional charges.
    • Payment for charges is due at the end of the event.
    • All alcoholic beverages must be supplied by the Emerson.
    • All charges associated with the event are subject to 8% state sales tax and 20% service gratuity.
